I wanted to try a new twist on pot roast and this was my choice. I added 2 garlic cloves and omitted the prunes simply because I didn't have any, next time I will chop and cook prunes. 1 Tablespoon of dried thyme was way too much, I will cut it down to 1/2 teaspoon next time.
