Reviewed Dijon-Baked Chicken with Rice and Broccoli

Great glaze for chicken. Would be good on salmon as well. I used skin on thighs and browned the chicken in an oven proof skillet first. Brushed on the sauce then baked. It was a hit with everyone.

These were a big hit. I used an equal amount of mixed nuts instead of just 3 kinds of nuts and I didn't have chipotle powder so I just used mexican chili powder. They were still very good but I can't wait to try them with the smoky flavor as well. Clean up was a breeze since I baked them on a silpat sheet and cooled them on parchment paper. Piece...

Fabulous! Made exactly as written except had to use dried oregano (1 TBS. I didn't pound my chops thin enough so it took a little longer to cook but they were moist and done to perfection. This is a "do again"."

Very good but not extraordinary. I did them in the oven, 4 hours at 200 degrees on a baking sheet tightly wrapped in foil. Then uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with the sauce on them, basting a couple times. Make sure you wrap your baking sheet in 2 layers of foil or you won't get the crust off! I only used about half the rub, and I only ...

Made this to take to the neighbors for dinner last night and came home empty handed! It was a winner. I used mild sausage, jarred jalapeno peppers and a yellow and orange pepper instead of green. Will make again. * Made this a second time, omited the rice and reduced oven time to 25 minutes. This made a great dip with corn chips."
