Reviewed Sweet Potato Cider Cupcake with Marshmallow Frosting

The frosting was my favorite part, fluffy and just the right amount of cider. I did not put the cider in the refigerator at all. I let it get to room temperature, then mixed it in with the whipped butter. I had no problems at all with neither texture nor taste. The cupcake was very moist. I will definetely make this for the fall. "
