"I love the idea of pork loin in chili. I cut back on the amount of honey (1/2 cup, seriously?) and only used 1 tbs, and it was still a bit too sweet for me, but otherwise it was great! The coffee and bourbon added a lot to it.

"This recipe was delicious! After I roasted the pork, I pureed the cooked veggies and apples in a blender and added them to the sauce. This thickened the sauce a bit, and gave it great flavor. I will definitely be making this one again!

"This recipe is delicious! I skipped the cucumber and arugula, simply because I didn't have any on hand, but it was still wonderful. The tartar sauce was so good I made another batch and use it on turkey sandwiches.
