"I have been making this dip for years. It is one of the best recipes I have ever made. Like other reviewers have said, let the onions cook and caramelize for a good long time. They need to be a rich brown color. I have also used reduced fat cream cheese and sour cream and it has tasted just as good. Just make this dip, you will love it.l"
