Lovely and very easy to make. Absolutely no reason to buy lemon curd when, with a few simple ingredients, a far superior product is only a few moments away. I use a rasp to zest the lemon because I like the lemon zest to disappear in to the curd. My kids love this... I have to make sure they don't eat it straight out of the jar if I want to use...

Made this recipe over the weekend. Overall, we all liked it and I'd make it again, but will keep working on the sauce.
