"I love the straight version for a quick, easy meal, but with a little heat they also make tasty appetizers. I'm planning on bringing a batch to a Super Bowl party instead of sliders. "Wow! Really delicious! I'm a bit more of a garlic wimp, so I couldn't bring myself to use TEN cloves in the potato topping, but otherwise I stuck with the recipe. Very well received all around.
BTW, we are all so indebted to the food vocabulary police to know that this should be called COTTAGE pie. I'm sure we will all sleep better at night."
