I followed this recipie to the letter and it was not good. The timing was way off and the potatoe did not fan open eventhough I sliced 3/4 way down. Very disappointing."

Let's be clear...this has nothing to do about the Tofu and everything to do about the sauce -Fabulous!! I can't imagine what this would not taste fantastic on! I love the herbs de provence on the tofu, but I love herbs de provence.
