My suggestions for this recipe: Add a couple tablespoons of the sauce to the meat mixture so it's not so bland. Use 1/4 cup of rice instead of 1/2 cup, and be sure to COOK the rice before adding it to your meat mixture. This should leave you with good cabbage rolls. Just sayin'."

Shame shame on you, Ina Garten! Telling people to use UNCOOKED rice! I knew better, after years of making them, but decided somebody in the food industry who has her own show, might know something I don't know! I was wrong! Rice was totally raw after following your directions exactly. My dinner was ruined. This is the last Ina Garten recipe"
