Reviewed Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

"Very good- a different flavor for tacos. I am used to making spicier fillings, but this was a nice change of pace. Like others have mentioned before, I did not cook as long as your recipe stated. Reviewed Cowboy Beans

"Yummy. Smoky from the ham hock. I omitted the chorizo because my husband is not a fan, and they were still great. I mashed up some of the beans with a potato masher- just personal preference. Also added a little cumin and chile powder. "

About Me

Love trying new recipes, love to cook, especially bake. I love spicy foods and trying ethnic foods.

Favorite Foods

Probably Mexican food first, but any ethnic food with spicy flavors. I love to try and learn about wines. I enjoy learning what foods to pair with wine and how much wine can enhance foods and visa/versa. Interestingly, I started this passion at Disney's California Adventure, where they have a wine tasting and they know a lot about wines!
