This is delicious! By far, my favorite consistency. I used half of a banana. Will be having this quite often."

I';ve been having this regularly for about a year now. I don';t tire of it. I grind cardamom seeds in my mortar and pestle. Love the nutrition that comes from this amazing spice. Highly recommend. I was also introduced to rosewater in this recipe. Simple, delicious, refreshing."

Excitedly, I walked to the grocery store just to pick up an orange for this recipe, but once I got to taste the result of this version of apple crisps I was surprised to see that my palate could not get used to the apple-citrus blend. Maybe it's because apples and oranges do not go together flavor-wise? According to the Culinary Institute of America,...

I can see the potential for this recipe, but I found it too bland. Instructions are erroneous. No way will 3 cups of liquid evaporate in 5 minutes, for example. If you think this will be a quick meal to make, don't get misled. I rate the instructions of the recipe and the result per instructions. I have recipes by Jacques Ppin. I don't think he'd...

Delicious. I usually warm milk and add local honey and that's it. This recipe added wonderful ingredients, such as vanilla beans and cardamom! Two of my favorite spices and flavors. I will make this tea throughout my fall and winter season. Thank you for this nice recipe.

I'm so addicted to this. I've been using this cocoa recipe for over a month. I'm drinking some now as I make this review. I'm going to make this cocoa mix and gift my upstairs neighbors a large jar full of it for Christmas. Thank you, Alton. And Alton's video is very informative. I find the history behind the use of cayenne in hot cocoa intriguing"

Delicious! Perfect for summer season. I bought two large heads of broccoli at my local farmer's market and I used one of them for this recipe. I love broccoli. I eat it raw every day. This is a fun way of eating it. I can't believe how easy it is to make this, either. I'm thinking of using that other broccoli head for this again. Thank you, Paula....

I have to agree with tolka69. I found this boring. Was pretty plain. It does have the mild spice in it, but I didn't find it exciting. Like a friend of mine said (who also agrees with me because he also made it for his family it definitely needs more spices. ""

I think I'm the first and only person on here to have this recipe come out perfect! You need to use a large pot and a candy thermometer. Wait until the candy thermometer reaches 330 F and then turn off the stove. This method worked perfectly and the brittle tasted divine! Thank you, Giada.""
