"I made this for dinner tonight and it was absolutely delicious. The only thing I did different was add a lot more garlic to the pesto than she did. She always seems to be conservative with garlic, and I'm not. I added 4 good size cloves because we like garlicky pesto.We roasted the eggplant too instead of frying. I highly recommend this and hope e"

"@ Anjelicabaca..While her recipe is not posted (She has a weird agreement with the Network I think because when they ran her pilot, some of the things I wanted to copy were only available for a very short time then they were pulled "as per her agreement" My only advice is if you see something you like, grab it quick! This one is different though and am not sure why it wasn't posted. In any case, while not Anne Thornton's recipe, I love Emeril's version of the same dessert. I think you'd like it too. This site will not allow me to post the link for some reason but if you search Vanilla creme burlee, you will find it along with many others.

It's too bad because they do have some good recipes if you can sit through him and that almost evil laugh at every word she says, not to mention his stupid sexual innuendos towards his "sweetie" fat spice fairy, Come on Food Network..Is this a test to see just how much people can take? "Recipe was just ok. Very easy but not super impressive. I doubt I would make it again. I did skip the marshmallow however so maybe that would have made a difference. I was looking for a side dish though, not a dessert.
