Yes, it is very yummy however it does take a lot longer than 10 minutes to cook the curd. I cooked, strirring continually, for 20 minutes over low to med heat. Cooking at low would have taken so much more time. It set up perfectly. The crust needed a drop or two more of liquid, i used vanilla, and it only took 15 minutes in the second baking time...
