My Activity

Reviewed Chicken in Mustard

"I made this recipe last night for dinner and followed it to a tee. Here's my advice
1). Unless you like a strong dijon kick, go easy on the dijon. 2). Unless you are a big fan of tarragon, go easy on the tarragon. 3). The white wine can easily be replaced with chicken stock and in my humble opinion, would blend better with the flavors of this dish""

Reviewed Lemon Thyme Bars

"A refreshing twist on lemon bars. When you make these, keep in mind they're more of a shortbread with a lemon glaze. They don't have the same texture as a lemon bar. We all loved it!""

"Unless you're using two VERY substantial cucumbers, you may want to go a little light on the mayo/sour cream mixture. My cucumbers were swimming in it. Delicious summer salad, especially when served chilled.!"

Reviewed Chinese Beef With Broccoli

"Tip: Using a blender instead of emulsifier will puree it even faster!"

"Nice and crunchy! I didn't have rice wine vinegar, so I substituted red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar. I strongly suggest just using as much vinegar as your taste prefers. 1/3 cup is too much for us. :) But a wonderful dressing!!! We love this!"

"Pot roast couldn't be better than this!!!"

Reviewed Tilapia Fish Tacos with Arugula

"This was a bold move for me to make something so different but my husband and I both really liked it. Some advice for other users -

1.) Tilapia is definitely the fish of choice for this dish. I tried flounder; bad idea! Flounder has a much stronger "fish" taste to it and this dish needs the light flavor of tilapia.

2.) I didn't want to buy/ma"
