"Its a good base recipe but it needed a bit more flavouring. I swapped out the flakes for pimento peppers and I used half of a hot pepper to still get the heat. I genuinely love to cook, recently married so now I have my own kitchen to explore...and that I am, lol. I am what you call a 'super taster' which means I cannot make tasteless/ bland food, it has to be well flavoured and seasoned. Added to which I am from the Caribbean, Trinidad to be exact and as we all know Caribbean food is full of flavour and lots of 'pizazz' lol.
