Reviewed Parker House Rolls
"These are the most DELICIOUS rolls I've ever had IN MY LIFE!! I am 18 years old and don't have a lot of experience baking breads, but the rolls were a breeze to make! I followed the recipe pretty closely, subbing 1/4 cup skim milk for some of the whole milk and putting the dough in a slighty warmed oven because my house stays drafty. Besides that, the recipe worked really well for me and everyone in my family adored the rolls at Christmas. They were a big hit. I would say that the rolls are a little doughy if you refrigerate the rolls overnight before you bake them (as I did), but I personally like them that way.
