Reviewed Creamy "Grits" with Creole Shrimp

We loved this recipe. My husband and I left the table satisfied and had enough for my husbands lunch today. Too spicy for my 8 year old, so I cooked some shrimp separately for his dinner. Highly recommend. One thing, I didn't use the beer or orka. Instead, I used chicken stock and asparagus. (I had on hand) I only had regular polenta which too"
