Reviewed Spinach Dip

"Suggestion -- use 1/2 c. mayo + 1/2 c. cream cheese - better consistency. Be sure to drain the spinach very very well (and I usually add more spinach). If you don't like the idea of frozen spinach....just cook fresh mini spinach (or cut a bunch into smaller pieces) - steam for a short while till cooked, then let spinach cool and continue with this very easy recipe. Worcestershire is optional - I've made it with and without - no biggy in change of flavor.

About Me

Former chefette at a crepe restaurant back in those college years...love the savory crepes !! yummo.  Guess I can't be on the "Worst Cooks in America." Let's see - the best recipes are with Alton and Ina.  Sorry folks, RR has some horrible recipes like her tomato soup...I've given up on her taste buds...yes, I know you all love her - but really, isn't it about the food and not the personality? OK, the big bam E has some good stuff, just remember he usually has many steps involved - and BF, as of now I'm pretty tired of the peppers and spices he chooses..Big question--why the heck do the chef's stand with their arms crossed in front of them - yuggo, So, Robert Irvine - yep, I enjoy the "Impossible" shows - Challenge is o.k. (though the staring from the judges drives me nuts - hey, be nice, ok?  And, no, no, no for the "Chairman" way to korney  --  I love the website - and whoever is writing the "covers" to entice me to "click" and go check out all of the links is a genius.  (he/she needs a huge raise...and likely a promotion.)

Favorite Foods

Indian & Moroccan flavors (without lamb) - Big YES to crepes--the savory kind.  Small portions?  No no no.  A lot of veggies-broiled with organic olive oil and a little S  &  P.  Fruit smoothies and as much organic as possible.
