Reviewed Spinach Dip

Suggestion -- use 1/2 c. mayo + 1/2 c. cream cheese - better consistency. Be sure to drain the spinach very very well (and I usually add more spinach). If you don't like the idea of frozen spinach....just cook fresh mini spinach (or cut a bunch into smaller pieces) - steam for a short while till cooked, then let spinach cool and continue with this...
