I loved this! I didn't have mayonnaise so I used ketchup, and I didn't have heavy cream so I used lemonade, and I didn't have tarragon vinegar so I used Tabasco, and I didn't have Roquefort so I used Kraft singles. It was amazing!!!

At some point you've made enough changes to a recipe that you're really not making that recipe anymore. That's kind of what I did here. I somewhat compensated by adding a little extra cumin, a little freshly ground coriander seed, and a couple dashes each of allspice and nutmeg. I also drizzled a little crema on top.
