This is the best. I'm doing this recipe again this year because it has been such a hit. Everyone loves this turkey. The only thing I change in the recipe is I add four cloves of garlic (smashed with the blade of a knife). I cannot cook without garlic. :)

Awesome fall of the bone (and fall apart) pork. I made mashed potatoes instead of the polenta. I do not dig polenta. So I used the juices to make some homemade gravy.
