"I just made this recipe (well, a bit of a hybrid) and I think the solution to those who had problems may be in the mix. (literally!)
I heated my syrup, sugar, nuts and let cool. Added remaining ingredients, then, I beat the heck out of my eggs and added them to my mix. I immediately added to my pie crust and baked. It started to rise before I tur"
