“The recipe was delicious. The whole family loved it - even those who are not big fans of rice. I was pressed for time, so I used canned black beans (don't hate me. they worked). I used brown rice. It took a bit longer to cook but we like it. Finally, I had leftover basil pesto sauce and no fresh cilantro. Still delicious. Thank you, Bobby."”
