Super Easy recipe, if you are considering making it. I have made the brine recipe five times now but I cook it in the oven low and slow as a braise. Concerning the Saltpeter, I did a lot of research online and it seems Pink Curing Salt works just as well and is better for you. I just 1tsp pink curing salt per 5lb and my corn beef turns out nice"

I am always searching for the perfect pie crust. As much for taste as in the ability to easily work with it. Kelsey's crust was perfect!!! I chalk it up to the sour cream since it is very close to all the others I had mad.

I thought it was great.... I think without burned marshmallows, it really doesn't taste like a true s'more but at the same time, what is great about this recipe the marshmallows don't get burnt!!

On a side note, I am so glad Kelsey finally has a show, which I never miss a new episode. I will never forget Bob from NFNS claiming...
