Amazing! We love pasta dishes, and summer pasta salads. We used grape tomatoes and halved the recipe. We just looked at each other and couldn't stop talking about it! Big Big flavors, and they married so well together. We did let sit for almost 5 hrs. "

Reviewed Seared Porterhouse with Oozing Maitre d' Butter

Another keeper. We went to Whole Foods, and found a beautiful dry-aged 24oz Porterhouse. It was a rare 60 deg day in Wyoming in February, so I grilled it outside instead of the cast-iron pan. What a difference a great piece of meat makes.
The butter was awesome, since we are trying to watch our figures, we only put a quarter-sized piece...

Reviewed Grilled Romaine Salad with Blue Cheese

Amazing salad. As was said, this was the best Caesar dressing I have ever had. The grilled Romaine adds another dimension.
I think too many people are afraid of anchovy, really people, try it! Properly used, it is NOT fishy, just adds a delightful saltiness and unique flavor.
