Good method to avoid an outdoor smoker in bad weather. Use rub to avoid being too salty. Set oven lower maybe 250 and keep in oven until temp is 190 or so. Good bbq has to be cooked low & slow.

I have made this the last two years and it has gotten rave reviews.

I cannot understand why some on here modify a recipe and then give it a bad review. Either go by the instructions or keep the review to yourself.
