"I wrapped a piece of swiss and baked it all together. My super picky extended family who are all food snobs loved it so much they didn't even leave a wrap for me!""
Reviewed Baked Asparagus
"I cut my asparagus into thirds (so I could fit them into a container to take to school) and sprinkled them with crazy salt. If you haven't found cray salt yet, go find it. It's fabulous. I've been eating the asparagus in place of normal crappy snack foods. I will be making this again!""
Reviewed Cream Cheese Frosting
"It was a great starting point. I'm really new to baking and this was easy to follow. I put this on Gluten free carrot cup cakes and used 8 oz. of cream cheese and 1 1/2 powdered sugar because I don't like my frosting too sweet and the cream cheese flavor worked really well with the carrot. yum.""
I'm Gluten Free and soy free, and as a friend call it, a "Flexetarian". Meaning, I try to eat a mostly vegetarian diet but I basically eat whatever my body tells me to. As long as it won't make me sick.
I'm recently in a long distance relationship with my fiance as I left town to go to graduate school. The only problem (besides the obvious), is that he was the cook in our relationship and I hate cooking. Slowly but surely I'm learning how to cook and enjoy it. I'm gradually gaining an arsenal of recipe websites to help me on this journey. Who knows, maybe after I graduate my future husband and I will make cooking a fun activity we do together!
