Very disappointing!! I followed the recipe to the letter. No problem with texture, not soggy at all, just kind of flat and didn't brown as well as hers. Tolerated hummus with friends in past but OMG this is EXCELLENT. ONLY change was I used most of a jar of roasted red bell peppers (4 large strips), after 3 hours tasted and let it sit for 24 hours for the flavor to blend more. MUCH Better longer it sits! Love the chipotle, not to hot but great spice!! Perfect consistency! Served with Kangaroo Brand...
