Reviewed Pork Roast with Apple Mustard Glaze
"Loved this recipe! My 17 month old loved it too! Since I knew he would be having some and I wanted to make sure it was tender enough for him, I added 1/2 cup of water and about half of an apple in chunks to the first hour of cooking and covered it with foil only for that hour. And when I'd discovered too late that I didn't have spicy brown mustard, I used dijon and some chipotle mustard for the glaze, it still came out sweet & delicious. I'd love to try this again but with pineapple instead of apple juice!"
