Reviewed Ham and Cheese in Puff Pastry

Great recipe. I "enhanced" it by first spreading this awesome bacon scallion cheese ball (softened of course), that my wife makes, on the bottom, then the dijon, followed by about 3/4 lb double smoked ham, then a 1/4 lb of swiss followed by a 1/4 lb of medium provolone, dust it all with a little cajun seasoning...easy peasy and hot damn delicious....
