Reviewed Individual Chicken Pot Pies

"Omg! This is so good! It's about 16 degrees here in metro Detroit so I decided to make something cozy and this was just perfect!! I did not use the pearl onions and used white wine instead of sherry. I also used puff pastry instead of pie crust, just baked off circles separately and placed on top of bowls. Just flipping awesome!"

Reviewed Baked Manicotti with Sausage and Peas

"Oh c'mon you guys...it's not that hard to stuff the shells. This recipe is FANTABULOUS!! I used ground beef that I dr.'d up w/ italian seasonings instead of the sausage and it was great!
It is rich but oh so flippin' good. I ate almost half the pan...but don't tell anybody. :"
