"This is probably my favorite "go to" recipe. There is nothing difficult about it yet it tastes like you spent all day cooking. I have changed up the beans and bread crumb topping to fit what is in my pantry at that time. The chicken is tasty but the vegetable combination is the best out of the entire meal!! Inexpensive and definitely cost effectiv"
