This is a great tasting recipe! Others who have said they can taste coffee must not have used the bouillion or have used too much coffee. I couldn't taste that it was coffee, but it added a richness to the gravy. I like a slightly thicker gravy and might try adding a tablespoon of flour next time. I also baked my own ham using a bit of brown sugar"
