Reviewed Grilled and Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Gorgonzola

This recipe is an absolute winner. I only had Italian Sausage on hand so I used that instead of the turkey sausage and then skipped adding the seasonings. Look forward to trying it as printed but definitely look forward to making this again! Will also try using the baby portobellos for appetizers. Grazie Giada!

Followed Giada's recipe to the letter and came out with an absolutely delicious pasta dish which my family loved. A new favorite. Perfetto!
