“This recipe tastes like you are eating at a fine dining restaurant. We doubled the recipe and it took us 3 + hours. It was worth every moment and its great to know our freezer is full of soup. A key ingredient for us was using "gramma's frozen wide egg noodles" they are in the freezer section at the store. I couldn't even imagine using anything else...”

“These were fabulous! I used the smaller sized portobello mushrooms because I wanted them to be appetizers. They are now on my favorites list. I did substitute fromage blanc cheese for the mascarpone. These will be my super bowl potluck dish. I know they will be gone quickly.
