Just made two sandwiches...one with the argula and one without. Added stuffing to the sandwich without the argula and it was awesome. I also put in a little gravy, just to moisten it up a bit. Skip the argula---it doesn't grill well. The addition of the stuffing and the gravy (sans the argula) made this is a winner! Fontina cheese is a perfect...
