Reviewed Salmon with Lentils
"This is one of the BEST recipes I have ever made. The Salmon was amazing cooked this way, even though mine didn't brown the best. The lentils are so amazing I will make the recipe without the Salmon and have as a side dish or just our main dish at times. Delicious!"

Favorite Foods
A change this year to vegan/vegetarian mostly. I am amazed at how much I have missed my whole life by not knowing all the spices and vegetables that I have missed! My bad cholesterol has gone down over 50 points (or whatever) and the good up 3. A whole new world!
