Born in So. Calif of Latino and Polish parents, I served honorably in the Air Force and lived in Japan, Korea, Hawaii, Germany, Italy, Austria, and Denmark. Currently, I live in Colorado with husband and my 19 & 17 year old kids. LOVE to camp and fish and bike this wonderful state .
I enjoy growing my own herbs and vegetables and try to support local businesses. I have been cooking all my life, and just in the last ten years have really been refining my culinary skills, my knowledge of wines and utilizing all I have learned from different countries. I do consider myself a home-chef on a budget.
