Reviewed Grilled Marinated Fish with Tropical Salsa and Coconut Rice

"I didn't care for this...flavors too strong. Nice piece of fresh mild fish didn't need these strong ingredients (5 cloves garlic and onions) . Marinate would be better served something else (maybe chicken like the previous person stated). Will not make again."

Reviewed Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi with Quick Tomato Sauce

"Yummy!!! Gnocchi was tasty. Made Anne's tomato sauce and a roasted red pepper/tomato sauce made with anchovy, garlic, basil and cream...liked that sauce more. Anne's recipe is still great, I personally like the other more.
Will definitely make the Gnocchi again.

Reviewed Turkey Tetrazzini

"Wonderful! Great recipe for after holiday turkey. Added a little sherry, and used fried onions (from other review). Increased amount of garlic too. Husband loved it. Will make again, only when I am not on diet.

Reviewed Yakitori Chicken

"So much flavor! Great appetizer. I try to make recipes the first time as supplied, but I didn't have Sake or Mirin. Used little white wine , sherry with a little sugar (Internet's suggestion for Mirin).I couldn't find Chili Sauce in grocery store so I bought Thai chili sauce and added fresh tomato to the sauce. Turned out great! I made them a head and warmed them up in the oven for about 10 minutes. All seemed to enjoy..even the children who attended the party. I had made quite a lot so I made the balls (kept them raw), & flash froze them for the next party...can't wait.
