"Very good, as is. Found as another reviewer did, that egg roll wrappers give the final product a much lighter and delicate quality. Also, instead of combining the marinara and alfredo sauce, I prefer to pour on the marinara and then zig zag the top with the alfredo. Using low fat or fat free cheeses and Ragu light parmesan alfredo substantially red..."
Reviewed "Mock" Garlic Mashed Potatoes
"Made these because my wife is on the Atkins diet again. Expected them to be very "cauliflower" tasting but they weren't. Perhaps because they're boiled? My picky eater daughter, who loves potatoes in just about any form, was impressed. If anybody could tell the difference it would have been her. Followed the recipe per ingredients but didn't pat the cauliflower dry so they ended up a little runny but I threw them in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes while I finished the other components of dinner and they came out great - maybe even better. I'll definitely be making this again."
