I have made these three times now and have been very satisfied each time. They are moist, tasty, with a good texture, and nicely filling. They actually calculate out as better nutritionally with lower points per gram than Weight Watchers bars. (by my calculations anyway)

Very nice. I mixed one white and one orange (called yams in the store sweet potato and adjusted the other ingredients as necessary. I am enjoying the mix as it is less sweet than just orange sweet potatoes (yams).

This was very good. The chicken was crispy and spicy. I was asked by family to cut down the spice in the breading. I would not suggest doing that. It is not too spicy. Instead of cornmeal I used panko. The honey-mustard (whole grain mustard) dipping sauce was perfect too.

I was only moderately impressed by this. I didn't care for the guacamole as much as I had figured on. I added salt and pepper to improve it some. The meat was interesting but not my favorite.
