For sure bland .... I could have done without the cauliflower ... it makes a ton of it, I need to do something to it so I don't have to waste it. One more thing ... there is no way this is done in 30 mins!"

@stillwaters .... why do you ruin a 5 star rating by making a totally different recipe? You used different cheese, "regular" = cheap store bread, and threw on some ham u wanted to get rid of... ridiculous. If your not going to make the recipe don't review, it's not fair to the chef. The sandwich Chef Anne made was delicious & well worth making!"

Made this last Sunday for a party, and it was a hit. I added several types of cheeses and fire roasted red pepper, a jalapeno and a few red pepper flakes and it was just delicious. I served it with thin sliced french bread baked with EVOO and it was the first thing gone at the party.

So good. I was in a bit of a hurry and only had petite yukon gold potatoes so I quartered before I boiled ... and my skins started to peel off a little .... so I'm sure mine isn't as pretty as Anne's (and if I prepare again I'll allow myself the time to do proper technique), BUT the final product was delicious .... oh yeah, I also did half EVOO and...
