My Activity

Reviewed Shellfish and Andouille Gumbo with Shrimp, Scallops, Clams and Oysters with Crispy Okra

"Okay to the Cajungirl24 below, keep your opinions to yourself. There are as many variations of Cajun gumbo as there are Southern cornbread stuffing. And your alleged gumbo must be NASTY without tomatoes in it. Eat that, Cajunbimbo. "

Reviewed Fried Asparagus with Creole Mustard Sauce

"Okay can you people learn how to Google for finding ingredients instead of spamming up a recipe review with your mindless questions and false star ratings? If you live in Vegas and too incompetent to find self-rising corn meal, then maybe you shouldn't even be cooking (clue: at worst you can buy it online and have it shipped to you). Now back to the recipe: fantastic! I didn't have creole mustard and substituted Dijon mustard and added a little more creole seasoning (Tony Chachere's). I've roasted, grilled, and sauteed asparagus, but never fried it before. What a novelty on one of the more exquisite vegetables.
