Reviewed Herb-Crusted Sauteed Salmon Fillets with Pistou

Made this dish for dinner tonight and it turned out pretty good. The only issue was the pistou was a bit oily - suggest using maybe 1/4 cup of olive oil at most. Otherwise, I highly recommend this dish!"
