This is a really good, easy recipe. I overdid the salt, maybe the dijon had enough salt in it. I pounded my chicken breasts to ~ 1 inch thickness and still had to cook them approx. 20 mins at 350.

I subbed Sherry for the recommended alcohol and added mushrooms to the sauce. Skipped the spinach because we are out of that. Do try...

This was very very good. Next time, I will double the crab boil because it just wasn't as spicy as we like. I missed the kielbasa. It is a good solid recipe and makes a beautiful presentation. The broth is very good, but could use a little more heat for our tastes. Thanks Food Network Kitchen!
