Reviewed Crustless Spinach Cheese Quiche
"After reading several of the reviews, I decided to saute fresh spinach in garlic and onion. Once the spinach was wilted, I mixed it into the egg and cheese mixture. I also added a couple drops of tabasco for additional flavor. It was delicious and flavorful. It required approximately 60 minutes to cook not 45 minutes like it says in the recipe."
