Reviewed One-Pan Sage-and-Onion Chicken and Sausage

This is the only recipe I've ever taken the time to rate (and I'm on this site a lot!) It's soooo good! I have made this a few times since I saw the show air and everyone loves it! I always have my butcher joint a chicken and then buy and add some bone in/skin on thighs or legs which are always on sale. Next time, I'm throwing in fennel and quartered...
