Really really good, and a beautiful color, too. I followed the instructions exactly, but felt like it needed something. Here's how I added a little zing. I doubled the recipe. Then I added 1 C. sugar, 1 C vodka (in addition to the ginger ale) and 1 C more grenadine. I mixed everything with my immersion blender. Then I strained it all into the c"

Ooh La La! The entire menu looks fabulous, but I only had time to do the steak and potatoes tonight. I used skirt steak since my local grocery store didn't have hanger steak. It was a little tough, but I'm glad to try something new and learn how to cook less expensive cuts. The skirt steak was on sale for $5.29 for 1.5 lbs. The sauce was fabulous,...

Very good, but mine didn't come out very crispy. The flavors were wonderful, but I think they needed a bit more zing with more cayenne or ginger. I will definitely make these again because they are addictive! The entire menu is fabulous together! Try it!"

This is SO GOOD, I CRAVE IT! Another great dish from Jamie! I think the key to this dish is the fresh oregano. It gives it a nice, fresh almost lemony bite. The chicken is perfect and the tomatoes are like butta! Just remember, when baking everything in the single dish, don't put anything on top of the chicken thighs because the crispy skin won't...

It was just Ok. The recipe was good and came out ok, but I just thought it needed more umpf. I think I like mine with more "cheesy flavor". Maybe I should have added the ham. I think the sauce should have been more velvety. Mine was mixed well, but it seemed a bit lumpy and wasn't as pretty as I thought it should have been.
