Reviewed Chocolate Toffee Trifle

"Spectacular Presentation, superb taste! This is very easy to make and well worth the time. Don't buy hot fudge sauce, make this recipe! I made a double batch of the hot fudge and whipped cream. Reviewed Hanger Steak with Shallot Cherry Sauce

"Ooh La La! The entire menu looks fabulous, but I only had time to do the steak and potatoes tonight. I used skirt steak since my local grocery store didn't have hanger steak. It was a little tough, but I'm glad to try something new and learn how to cook less expensive cuts. The skirt steak was on sale for $5.29 for 1.5 lbs. The sauce was fabulous, but very sweet. Next time I may crumble bleu cheese on top of the steak for a little more saltiness. The steak pairs well with the sweet potato fries... and don't forget a glass of cabernet sauvignon. I have a little sauce left over so I'm going to make a vinegarette to drizzle over greens, with the steak and bleu cheese on top. YUM! Try it!"
