"Amazingly perfect cookies. Finding a perfect chocolate chip cookie, still soft and fluffy can be so difficult. I made these but modified them slightly, replacing the baking soda with 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, and baked small cookies with 3/4" balls for 6 to 8 minutes each, and they came out beautiful.
