Reviewed Cold Peanut-Sesame Noodles

Excellent! I had all of the ingredients on hand, so I was able to whip these up in minutes. The recipe seems versatile, like you would be able to add a variety of other ingredients and it would taste great. Will make again!"

Reviewed Broccoli and Cheese Soup with Croutons

A fantastic soup! All of the other recipes I've found use "processed" cheese, which is disgusting. I do personalize this soup a bit; I use fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano, and I also add finely chopped carrots with the broccoli. I love the subtle taste the herbs give; the nutmeg provides a lovely taste as well. Wonderful poured into a breadbowl!...
