"A fantastic soup! All of the other recipes I've found use "processed" cheese, which is disgusting. I do personalize this soup a bit; I use fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano, and I also add finely chopped carrots with the broccoli. I love the subtle taste the herbs give; the nutmeg provides a lovely taste as well. Wonderful poured into a breadbowl! YUM!
