About Me
I am wife, teacher, and mother to a two year old girl. I am from Miami, FL, but moved to Abu Dhabi almost one year ago. My family and I really love it here. We are over the culture shock and adjusted to our new home.
I love to cook and bake, however I do not have all the appliances like I did back home. I love trying new recipes and hearing critiques from my husband. Now finding recipes is a bit more challenging. Some ingredients we cannot get here, and if I need to food process something or blend something, forget it. Also, our oven is not exactly accurate, so baking is mostly out of the question.
Favorite Foods
I LOVE chocolate! Filet Minon, foods with garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs. I love the local fish here in Abu Dhabi called Hamor. It's a very light white fish, delicious.
